I will explain and help you through the process.

I will strive to make your home buying experience an enjoyable one.

I will represent you in Good Faith, with Fidelity and Loyalty.

IV.

I will disclose any and all adverse facts actually known by myself, on all homes I show you.

V.

I will utilize my computer generated home finder program.
A. To enable me to compare apples to apples
B. To enable me to show you all new listings, as they come on the market.

VI.

I will communicate with you (and you with us) as often as necessary, for as long as it takes to find you a home. All I ask is that I write the contract when you find your dream home.

VII.

I charge you nothing for this service, as I have a pre-arranged retroactive agreement with all of the other realtors, that if I sell a home they have listed for sale, they will co-op with me.
A. Consequently, I can show you any home listed for sale with any Real Estate company.
B. I can represent your interest, whether buying an existing home, building a home or buying a home being sold by the owner.

VIII.

I will furnish the legal forms, request property condition disclosures & recommend 3rd party inspections.

Services Included

1.	Write the contract on your behalf
2.	Negotiate on your behalf.
3.	Assist you in pre-qualifying.
4.	Utilize my knowledge, training, & legal forms to assist you in purchasing the home of your dreams.
5.	I am a patient, thorough, experienced realtor who can find you a home in 3 days by touring homes with you from sunrise to sunset, or I will work with you for however long it takes to find you your dream home.

IX.

All I ask is that I be your realtor, and write the contract when you purchase a home, as that is how I get paid.
A. When talking to other realtors, you need to tell them Barbara Williams is your representative. For this service I have a written buyer representation agreement.
