- Prepare brochures to help in showing the property
- Place property information on the Internet
- Promote the property to other companies and their agents
- Canvass centers of influence to locate prospects
- Monitor listing and sales activity to maintain proper
market position.
- Encourage sellers to communicate with me (316) 636-2762,
Ext. 2196, details of activity and comments from other agents.

Guide" advertising to expose the property.
- Analyze Alternative Financing Plans for prospects.
- Conduct Open Houses (IF OWNER REQUESTS) for prospects

- Communicate every 10 days or two weeks, this could be
you calling me or me calling you, to see how things are
going for feedback on showings and to brainstorm.

- Remember, it does not make a difference what price you
want, need or what you paid for your home, the market will
